About
Florian Zumbrunn is a French artist who paints with code. For over a decade, his practice has sat at the meeting point of generative algorithms, landscape memory, and the human hand, embodied in printed works completed in pastel and oil, immersive installations, and hybrid performance.
Trees recur as structural traces; seasonal light is drawn from the Impressionists; a quiet dialogue between computation and matter runs through the series. Alongside his studio practice, he teaches at Gobelins and Le Wagon.
